Myler Low Port Comfort Snaffle Dee With Hooks – MB 04 – Level 2

The ever popular Myler Comfort Snaffle from Myler comes with stainless steel Dee Ring with Hooks and a low port MB 04 mouth. The hooks are slots on the ring of the bit that allow you to secure the position of the bridle and the reins on the cheek ring of the bit. The top hook can be attached to the cheek pieces of the bridle and stabilizes the bit inside the horse’s mouth. The rein hook allows the rider more leverage. The copper inlay in the stainless steel mouth assists in bit acceptance. This Myler Level 2 bit comes in sizes 5 and 5 .

Level Two Myler Bits are designed for horses who have already had basic training and have mastered basic skills. These skills can include bending, lead changes, side passes and collection or holding a relaxed head position at the poll when the reins are relaxed, depending upon your riding discipline. Level Two Bits use more bar pressure than Level One Bits and may incorporate features that apply curb, palate and/or poll pressures as well. A minimum of intermediate riding skills work best for Level Two Bits.
