Reinsman D & L Reiner 3/8″” Sweet Iron Ported Mullen is a Reinsman Stage D bit with 8″ shank cheeks and a standard 5″ mouth. This is a good looking andl balanced shank bit with excellent leverage combined with a medium purchase for good response. The smaller diameter mullen bar adds some bite and definition while the sweet iron encourages salivation and softening. The port provides tongue relief while still providing the right amount of pressure to encourage and maintain a correct head set.
