Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, ear bonnets and any personalized or custom-made tack items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund. The timing for the refund to appear in your account will then depend on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
