Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our straightforward policy is designed to make things right.

Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Please Note: Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:

  • Ear Bonnets
  • Any personalized or custom-made tack items

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
